Our Origins
The story of Keisy’s Tailor began in 1993 in Ecuador, born from a deep-rooted passion for tailoring and garment craftsmanship. What started as a humble pursuit soon evolved into a lifelong journey, one that led our founder to Spain and the Netherlands in search of new techniques and creative inspiration.
In 2012, she moved to London to study Fashion Design and bring her vision to life, officially taking over Keisy’s Tailor, a Studio rooted in tradition, artistry, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Now, in 2025, we are proud to open our first location in Copenhagen, the realisation of a dream over 30 years in the making. With decades of experience behind every stitch, we continue to offer expert alterations and refined embroidery, always finished with care, precision, and a deeply personal touch.

Thank you for choosing Keisy’s Tailor. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our work. Because our business provides both physical products and customized labor services, the following policy applies to all transactions.
1. Ready-to-Wear & Finished Products
For physical items sold directly by Keisy’s Tailor (e.g., branded apparel, pre-made embroidered goods, or retail accessories):
Defective Items Only: Returns are only accepted if the product is proven to be defective (e.g., structural tears, hardware failure, or significant manufacturing flaws).
Reporting Window: Any defects must be reported within [Insert Number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of purchase or delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
2. Tailoring & Alteration Services
At Keisy’s Tailor, alterations are custom services performed on garments you already own or are having fitted to your body.
No Returns/Refunds on Labor: Once an alteration is completed and the garment has been accepted, we do not offer refunds on the service fee.
Exception for Errors: A refund or complimentary correction will only be issued if it is proven that the alteration was performed completely incorrectly (i.e., it deviates significantly from the pinned measurements or the agreed-upon Work Order).
Fit Guarantee: We encourage all clients to try on their garments during the final fitting. If there is a discrepancy, it must be noted at the time of pickup.
3. Custom Embroidery & Personalization
Items that have been personalized with custom logos, monograms, or specific designs are Final Sale.
Returns are only permitted if there is a material defect in the garment itself or a significant error in the embroidery that differs from the approved digital proof or order form.
4. How to Request a Return or Correction
To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: You must provide clear photos of the defect or the "completely wrong" alteration.
Evaluation: Keisy’s Tailor reserves the right to inspect the garment to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect or a result of normal wear and tear.
